What You'll Do:

• Welcome every guest with a warm smile and our signature greeting setting the tone for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage with customers to ask the right questions and make personalized product recommendations.
• Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to share product knowledge with confidence.
• Support store displays, restocking, and maintaining a beautiful retail environment.
• Cross-train to assist in blending and packaging our small-batch gourmet products.

• A passion for food, flavor, and making others feel welcome.
• Outstanding communication skills both in conversation and writing.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using point-of-sale systems.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
