This leadership role transforms data and market intelligence into actions that improve investment performance, increase enterprise value, and drive long-term growth. Highlymotivated,energetic,and organized with a constant on eye towards process improvement opportunities What you will do: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of finance professionals who are passionate about our industry and aspire to grow their careers at AIR. Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive leadership on portfolio performance and market trends; influence investment and operational decisions through data-driven market or portfolio insights. Lead the quarterly preparation and presentation of a high-profile deliverable (board book) presented to Blackstone senior leadership team at the quarterly board meeting. Lead and continuously improve the preparation and distribution of asset, market or portfolio performance reports, including current leasing trends, operating/financial reports and KPIs. Advance analytics capabilities from descriptive reporting to predictive decision support. Serve as a primary point of contact between AIR and Blackstone, providing timely and accurate responses to questions and requests for information. Foster strong working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams across AIR with a focus of driving operational performance through enhanced reporting tools Vigilantly and proactively participate in a continual process improvement initiative. Develop processes that save time (automate) while maintaining the highest quality standards Qualifications What you should have: 15+ years of leadership experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial reporting 10+ years of experience successfully leading and developing teams Deep understanding of multifamily real estate, finance, and investments Executive-level communication and presentation skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven experience in a similar investor relations or reporting role, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
