PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shift: 5x8's - Hours per week: 40

Weekend requirements: Potential for a few hours of inpatient care on an occasional Saturday.

The Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist will provide rehabilitation therapy services focusing primarily on outpatient orthopedics in an acute inpatient setting as needed. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance recovery and improve patient mobility and strength.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Montana State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic therapy is required.
