This position requires American Red Cross Certification. Newly hired team members may be eligible for up to half reimbursement of initial American Red Cross Courses. Successful background check required if over 18. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed: Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certification. Must be at least 15 years old Specific Tasks: Maintain a safe environment for all participants and staff. Know and enforce all program policies and rules. Follow established emergency procedures. Recognize and respond quickly and effectively in an emergency situation. Maintain current required certifications. Inspect pool area for cleanliness, safety hazards, and unsafe conditions. Supervise patrons of all ages. Perform other related duties as assigned. See the job description for additional information.
