Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Perform cervical checks and function as OR circulator
• Manage IVs, including medications such as oxytocin and magnesium
• Support labor management and assist in vaginal and c-section deliveries
• Handle pre-op/PACU procedures

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current NRP, BLS, ACLS, EFM certifications
• Strong independent L&D skills
• Experience with labor management
