Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with a prominent client in Berne, IN in the Manufacturing, printing, and distribution business. They are looking to add a Pressroom Operator to the team.


Typical Pressroom Job Description

Position Title: Pressroom Operator / Technician / Assistant

Department: Pressroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing presses (e.g., offset, digital, or flexographic).
• Set up press equipment according to job specifications.
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Load paper and ink, and manage inventory of pressroom supplies.
• Collaborate with prepress and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• 12 hour shifts: starting at 18$ an hour.

Successful candidates will:

Have some mechanical aptitude

Be able to read measurements on a standard ruler or tape measure

Be able to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
Willing to work other shifts and overtime when needed
