BPO District Manager

Major Account Business Process Outsourcing Sales Representative ADP is a global provider of cloud‑based human capital management solutions that help organizations improve productivity. We are looking for a highly driven, self‑starter to lead major account sales within a geographic territory. Responsibilities Overlay Major Account Sales Representatives to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. Implement a top‑down sales strategy targeting Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and owners to build networks with C‑level executives. Strategically cross‑sell cloud‑based HR solutions and other ADP products to existing clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, develop and maintain relationships with internal groups, and collaborate daily with partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience. Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Excellent presentation skills to C‑suite level executives. Ability to achieve quota while managing a complex sales process. Experience working in a fast‑paced, team environment. Demonstrated ability to build successful internal and external partnerships. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree or higher. 5–10 years relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, finance, accounting, or software sales. Social media proficiency to promote thought leadership and drive business development. Established network and strong business acumen. Ability to thrive under pressure. Paid Volunteer Time Off. Base salary range: USD $68,400.00 – USD $148,100.00 per year, subject to location, skills, and experience. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions.
