Duties Supervise all aspects of catering events, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring timely and high-quality service Lead and train catering staff on food preparation, service techniques, and food safety protocols Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Ensure accurate billing and payment processing during events Coordinate with clients to customize menus, accommodate dietary restrictions, and deliver exceptional customer service Supervise shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet event demands while maintaining team morale Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety standards across all catering activities Experience Proven experience in food service management within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Extensive catering experience with a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and event coordination Supervising or leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, including staff training and development Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices effectively Experience working in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to interview staff candidates and lead teams confidently Join us as a Catering Supervisor where your leadership fuels unforgettable culinary experiences!
