What You’ll Do: Complete detailed Nursing Assessments with individuals and document pertinent information including Triage, Medical/Behavioral Health assessments, and medication reconciliation. Plan individual treatment as part of the Multidisciplinary Clinical team. Provide education concerning Psychiatric diagnosis, treatment options, psychopharmacology, and overall health literacy to individuals, families, and all others involved in the individual’s care. Intervene with appropriate verbal interventions to diffuse out of control or potentially dangerous behaviors, using therapeutic option theory and technique. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Seclusion/Restraint standards, guidelines, techniques and initiate documentation and debriefing for any incidents as required. Accurately transcribe Provider orders and administer medications as prescribed. Assist patients in signing medication consent forms, perform chart checks, draw labs, and provide wound care as ordered by Providers. Complete nurse‑to‑nurse handover at discharge or when accepting an individual from another facility. Perform all other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring: Graduated from an accredited Nursing program. Unrestricted active license as Registered Professional Nurse through the Arizona State Board of Nursing or hold a multistate licensure privilege. The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy. All successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, providing proper documentation, or be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment. Physical Requirements Safely perform physical interventions (e.g., standing, pivoting, reaching, kneeling, lowering to the floor, and supporting another person’s weight). Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Tolerate prolonged walking, standing, and observation in a fast‑paced environment. Work with individuals who may exhibit agitation, aggression, or unpredictable behavior. It would be great if you had: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. At least 1 year of psychiatric, behavioral health, or relevant experience. Previous emergency room or crisis psychiatric care experience. Familiarity with Court Ordered Treatment processes. Experience working with individuals with addiction and addiction management.
