Position Summary Perform the administration, review, and analysis for customer accounts and agreements. Interpret contract language and be able to understand contract term length and term expiration. May provide data used in contract negotiations if asked. Able to assist in training new hires on entry level tasks. Develop professional and business system expertise, apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships. Normally receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
