Operations Lead

Guitar Center Distribution is seeking a team lead to oversee our case seal team in the shipping department. Compensation: $21.50 per hour. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES Performs department operational tasks assigned by Supervisor, such as shipping, receiving, etc. Monitors and assists associates to ensure certain procedures are being followed. Guides daily work processes to ensure the efficient and effective completion of assignments. Trains associates on department tasks. Ensures reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Organizes the warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience) Coaching: Able to provide effective coaching, feedback, and guidance to others.
