Experienced Residential & Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Eastergard HVAC Greenville & Spartanburg Counties, SC

Up to $4,000 Sign-On Bonus *

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly pay up to $40.00 per hour , based on experience
Top earners make $125,000+ annually
Up to $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (conditions apply)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (on-call rotation required)

What You'll Do:

Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
Deliver high-quality service and an outstanding customer experience on every call
Help train and mentor newer service technicians
Work professionally while representing the company's high standards

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
Strong refrigeration experience (a big plus)
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred:

HVAC Technical School Certificate
Experience with both residential and commercial systems
