Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients to identify mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans based on their individual circumstances.
• Engage in regular sessions with trauma patients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address their concerns and facilitate their emotional healing.
• Educate patients on coping strategies to manage stress and trauma, empowering them with the tools they need to achieve their personal growth goals.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with various social and medical agencies and community programs to provide a full spectrum of support services for our patients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through continuing education and professional training, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of mental health care.
• Foster a compassionate and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients, providing a safe space for them to express their feelings and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with individuals affected by trauma, allowing you to make a significant impact on their mental health and overall well-being. Given the unique challenges faced by trauma patients, you will provide a tailored approach, utilizing your expertise to guide them through their healing journey.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of counseling principles.
• A current and valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification is necessary to practice in the state.
• 3+ years of clinical experience working directly with trauma patients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage documentation and communications effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate clear and compassionate interactions with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities suitable for trauma treatment.
• Experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration for patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
