Position Details:

Patient Population: Adult Oncology patients
Setting: Outpatient Cancer Care Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Manage all forms of cancer with focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology
• Provide comprehensive oncology care in an established practice
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards
• Collaborate with Surgical GYN Oncology at Anschutz Medical Center
• Engage in clinical research and trials
• Maintain high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Required Procedures: Standard hematology/oncology management and treatment

EMR System: EPIC

Support Staff:

• 3 Physicians
• 3 APPs
• Full clinic support team

Days Per Month: Full-time schedule (4 days/week)
On-Call/Weekends: Minimal call shared among 15 clinicians

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
• Active Colorado license or willingness to obtain
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days)
• Clean malpractice/license history preferred
• Visa support status must be noted (no visa sponsorship available)
