Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Badge Operations in Wilmington, DE , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed10:30 PM - 06:30 AMThur10:30 PM - 06:30 AMFri10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSat10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSun10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and potential hazards. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, maintain required logs, and report irregularities to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Observe required personal protective equipment and site entry requirements while performing assigned duties in varying indoor and outdoor conditions. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
