1st Shift:

• Sunday through Friday
• Start Time: 6:00 AM
• End Time: Until production is complete

Please note: There is no set end time for the shift it's based on production needs.

This is a 6-day-per-week position with extended production hours. Associates should expect to work approximately 10–12 hour shifts daily .

2nd Shift:

• Monday through Friday
• Start Time: 12:00 PM
• End Time: Until production is complete

Work Environment

• Cold production/manufacturing environment
• Meat production and processing facility

Required PPE

• Steel toe or composite toe boots are required on Day 1
• Tennis shoes or regular shoes are not permitted

Job Summary

The Production Associate I is responsible for supporting daily production operations within a meat processing facility. Duties include packing, palletizing, staging products, and assisting with machine operations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pack and palletize finished products
• Stage products for shipping or further processing
• Assist with production machinery and machine operations as needed
• Support meat production and processing activities
• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and raw product storage rooms
• Remove empty boxes, trash, and debris from work areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and food safety guidelines
• Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately to management
• Work collaboratively as part of a production team
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, and work for long shifts
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
