Compensation Details: $17.30 - $21.60 per hour

Job Description

Inventory Coordinator

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

What You'll Do

• The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, solve problems and work independently with an exceptional level of detail.
• Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels across all storage locations.
• Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP or inventory management systems.
• Investigate inventory issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support the implementation of inventory-related best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Be a safety champion by promoting a safe and productive workplace through your own actions, including the proper use of PPE, safe operation of powered equipment and safe lifting techniques as determined by the role.
• Be an active participant in contributing to a successful safety culture in the facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
• Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to work outside of a typical work schedule
