Join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Specialist in Ethnic Sales, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for order management, partnering with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Distribution to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role is based in our La Palma office. What You Will Do: Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order entry, billing, and on-time delivery. Serve as the primary customer contact for order inquiries, inventory availability, and service-related issues. Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Transportation teams to resolve fulfillment challenges and meet customer expectations. Monitor inventory, demand, and customer requirements to proactively identify risks and implement solutions. Analyze service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in customer service and order management performance. Communicate product availability, inventory constraints, and service updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Identify process improvement opportunities, elevate critical issues as needed, and support initiatives that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance. What We Look For: 3+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, or process improvement role Bilingual – Korean and English Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or supply chain industry preferred Results-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate effectively, and deliver excellent customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook); SAP experience is a plus What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
