Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner opening in Carlsbad, NM (Permanent)This is a permanent position.Opportunity Details:Full-time Nurse Practitioner position Provide comprehensive primary care, including patient evaluations, exams, and ongoing managementPerform diagnostic testing, small procedures (excisions, laceration repair), and DOT physicalsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of careParticipate in coordination with 'The Boone Heart Institute'Oversight of RNs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants; may supervise residents and internsEmphasis on patient-centered, values-based care in alignment with hospital mission and standardsRequirements:Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) requiredBoard Certified Nurse Practitioner in specialty areaClinical experience in family practice or related specialty preferredActive or eligible New Mexico NP licenseStrong communication and leadership skillsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary (based on experience and specialty)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time off and CME allowanceMalpractice coverageLocation:Carlsbad, NM offers a relaxed desert lifestyle with access to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and outdoor recreation like hiking, biking, and campingFamily-friendly community with affordable cost of livingApproximately 70 miles from Roswell, NM and 160 miles from El Paso, TX
