True Fashionistas is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Furniture & Home Décor Buyer + Team Lead to take ownership of one of the most fun and creative areas of our business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves furniture, decorating, merchandising, customer service, and leading people . You’ll help decide what comes into the department, how it’s priced, how it’s displayed, and how your team creates an exceptional experience for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Day-to-day operations of our Furniture & Home Décor department
• Evaluate and select furniture and décor brought in by customers
• Research and price merchandise based on brand, condition, style, and resale value
• Create beautiful, inviting displays that make customers want to shop
• Keep merchandise fresh, organized, and moving
• Train, support, and motivate department team members
• Build positive relationships with customers and consignors
• Help customers find pieces they love
• Serve as a keyholder and assist with opening and closing the store
• Handle customer questions and everyday department needs
• Work closely with management to meet department goals and maintain our high standards
• Jump in where needed, including assisting customers and operating the register

• Have professional experience in furniture, decorating, home staging, interior design, or home furnishings
• Have leadership, supervisory, or keyholder experience

Professional furniture, decorating, staging, or home furnishings experience is required.
