Compensation Full-time pay ranges from $18/hr to $20/hr, based on scheduling availability. Part-time pay is $15/hr to $17.75/hr, based on shift differentials. *Must meet minimum scheduling requirements of at least 20 hours per week. We offer automatic $.50 raises for every 1,000 hours worked Back of House Team Member Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Stock kitchen inventory as needed Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old to work in the kitchen Must be able to pass E-verify Consistent and reliable Ability to multi-task Loves serving and helping others Detail-oriented Works well independently and in a team environment Have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Our Benefits Include: FREE food while you are on break Scholarship opportunities A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Competitive pay Full time positions offer medical, dental, and vision insurance enrollment Full time positions offer paid time off College scholarships At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity.
