• Shift: Night shift, 12 hours (19:00 – 07:30), with fixed or rotating weekends
• Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 shifts/week)
• Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
• Required Licenses/Certs: Ohio RN license, BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant, with at least 1 year CVOR and trauma experience; scrub experience required

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume cardiac and transplant surgery environment
• Assist with vascular, thoracic, and transplant procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate preoperative and postoperative care
• Maintain accurate charting using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures at all times
• Prepare and scrub in for complex cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiac, vascular, and transplant settings
• 1 year CVOR experience and Level I Trauma facility experience
• Scrub certification and proficiency in EPIC charting
• Strong clinical skills in OR and cardiovascular procedures
