Warehouse AssociateWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is highly physical and primarily involves operating a cherry picker/order picker at heights up to 30 feet while pulling large HVAC and building materials for customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable working at heights, and can maintain accuracy and productivity in a demanding warehouse setting.ResponsibilitiesPull and prepare customer orders accurately for shipmentOperate a cherry picker/order picker at heights up to 30 feetPick and stage large materials including:Trunk ductHVAC equipmentWater heatersOther industrial and building supply productsReceive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materialsMaintain inventory organization and product accuracyEnsure outbound shipments are prepared correctly and efficientlyKeep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and safe at all timesFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresRequired QualificationsAbility to work at heights up to 30 feetAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftComfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or order fulfillmentExperience operating a cherry picker, order picker, forklift, or other material handling equipmentAbility to quickly learn warehouse processes, products, and inventory locationsExperience working in industrial, distribution, HVAC, or building materials environments
