Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,503–$2,651 per week Guaranteed hours: 30 hours guaranteed; 40 hours scheduled Contract duration: 14 weeks Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts (flex) Start date: July 20, 2026 Setting: outpatient-focused caseload within a critical access hospital Responsibilities Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic and neuro patients; establish and adjust individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, neuro re-education, gait training, balance and coordination activities, and manual therapy as appropriate. Facilitate functional mobility, rehabilitation of daily activities, transfers, and gait retraining; provide patient and caregiver education; develop and monitor home exercise programs. Document assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge plans in a timely and compliant manner; communicate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure safety, infection control, and adherence to licensure requirements and facility policies; adapt care plans to patient tolerance and changing conditions. Collaborate with PT support staff and other disciplines to coordinate care and manage caseload effectively.
