Senior Operations Manager
Location: Lehi, UT
Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000+ DOE
Job Summary
Growing organization seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead warehouse and fulfillment operations. This individual will be responsible for driving operational performance, developing leaders, improving processes, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, coaching teams, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and warehouse staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, receiving, shipping, and fulfillment activities
- Ensure KPIs, productivity, quality, and safety goals are achieved
- Support workforce planning, scheduling, and capacity management
- Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture
- Partner with leadership to support business growth and operational scalability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or operations leadership experience
- Experience leading teams and developing supervisors/managers
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience with KPIs, process improvement, and performance management
- Familiarity with WMS systems and operational reporting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- High-volume fulfillment or distribution experience
- Capacity planning and workforce management experience
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
