Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy. Current state certification for Medical Radiation Technologist. Experience with Elekta or Mosaiq is preferred. One to three years clinical experience in all modalities as a radiation therapist, through an accredited radiation program. Work requires interpersonal skills to deal effectively with Oncology patients for up to eighty percent of work time. Computer skills for treatment machines.
