Research Scientist - Education Data Systems

WIL is seeking a Research Scientist in education data systems to serve as principal investigator on research that uses state longitudinal data systems and linked education and workforce data to improve policy and practice. What you'll do - Serve as principal investigator or co-PI on education data systems research proposals - Design studies using state longitudinal data systems (SLDS) and linked K-12, postsecondary, and workforce records - Partner with state education agencies on data access, data-sharing agreements, and research use of data - Lead analysis, data security, privacy (FERPA), and human-subjects (IRB) protections - Write research narratives, methods, and dissemination plans - Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals when you authorize naming Apply to be considered.
