Vyron is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The current opening is located in Madison branch location. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in assisting our Outside Sales Engineers meet their sales and growth goals. Responsibilities Understand customer needs and requirements Office duties - answer phones, customer inquiries, basic customer service Data entry into our ERP software Coordinate shipments and maintain order status reports Coordinate bid day quotations – including pricing and estimating as needed Ability to read and follow mechanical plans is a huge plus Order entry and revisions using various supplier furnished software Assemble and distribute detailed submittals and O&M manuals Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure All other duties as assigned Requirements 2+ years of inside sales experience or a BA/BS degree Strong phone presence Excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively About Vyron Vyron has been helping building owners, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors create energy-efficient indoor environments since 1954.
