Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and financial modeling (Return on Investment/Net Present Value) to drive strategic investment decisions. Be part of strategic planning and execution of Residual Value (RV) and Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) work streams, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional partners across product, supply chain, and engineering to solve complex operational bottlenecks and drive technical implementations. Own large‑scale project schedules from start to finish, identifying risks and communicating progress clearly to executive stakeholders across different time zones. Develop and standardize operational workflows for global CPO programs, focusing on key markets including the US, Japan, and Europe. Drive continuous process improvements in the post‑sales value chain, utilizing data analytics to uphold data integrity and uncover strategic insights.
