Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

WEST BLOOMFIELD LOCATION: Rivers Bend is a growing Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use therapy practice which provides the most innovative, evidence-based outpatient behavioral healthcare to all our clients and their families including: Individual, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization levels of care available. Our clinical team provides professional, comprehensive, state-of-the-art mental health and chemical dependency treatment in a respectful and dignified manner. We have been awarded Blue Distinction with Blue Cross Blue Shield and maintain behavioral health Joint Commission accreditation. We have an integrated electronic health record system that supports all of our clinical services and offer a hybrid model for outpatient therapy.

Rivers Bend is seeking a PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) Therapist to provide structured mental health treatment to individuals who require intensive support but do not need inpatient care. Conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team to help patients manage mental health conditions. The goal is to provide therapeutic interventions that promotes stability and progress in a supportive environment.

New and experienced Masters level therapists are encouraged to apply and join our growing team. For this position we are seeking a therapist to conduct thorough assessments and individual, family, marital, and group (IOP and PHP) sessions for both mental health and addiction client presentations. Administrative support and mentoring are available, along with any necessary supervision for licensure.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD
• Fully Licensed: LMSW, LPC
• Limited Licenses (LLMSW, LLPC) may be considered based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in PHP Group therapy sessions
• Works well with the interdisciplinary team including physicians, utilization review and nursing staff members.

• Initiative to participate in ongoing opportunities for growth and advancement in professional education/endeavors
• Flexibility and willingness to participate in multiple levels of care including: Individual, IOP and Partial Hospitalization Program
• Must possess ability to utilize electronic health record system, Zoom and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work some evenings
