Health Aide / STNA 1:1 – Berea City Schools Support Student Health -Make a Difference Every Day Berea City Schools is seeking a caring, dependable, and compassionate Health Aide / STNA 1:1 to join their team. In this rewarding role, you'll work alongside the school nurse to help keep students healthy, safe, and ready to learn. From providing first aid and supporting daily health needs to maintaining student health records and communicating with families and staff, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive learning environment. Qualifications - The Successful Candidate Will: Hold a current Ohio Educational Aide Permit or able to obtain one Possess a State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) License (preferred). Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Hold a current CPR/AED certification . Have pediatric or school health experience (preferred, but training will be provided). Be self-motivated and willing to learn new skills. Demonstrate the ability to safely assist students with disabilities. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Be comfortable using computers and maintaining confidential records. Successfully complete required criminal background checks. Possess a valid Ohio driver's license. Why Join the ESC of Medina County?
