Job Purpose

The Digital Response Specialist role is to generate and maximize revenue for the company through timely response to leads that our presented via our digital channels. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself. This role will also enhance your sales skills as you respond to numerous leads that are driven by Marketing's efforts to increase the company's brand, market share, and revenue.

What You Will Do

• Daily efforts to drive revenue via Salesforce, email, outbound and inbound calls, and online chat
• Gain knowledge of CRM tool and use appropriately to create opportunities and manage pipeline
• Identify customer needs and respond timely
• Partner effectively with Marketing, Field Support, and cross functional teams when necessary
• May be assigned to high visibility projects as defined by the business. This can include Search Engine Marketing Campaigns, Digital Lead Qualification, etc.

Requirements

BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Relevant experience will be considered in place of degree. This is an Entry Level role with an opportunity to build a sales career. Work experience within the heavy equipment/construction markets preferred. Will also consider hospitality, retail, customer service and other customer facing roles. Must be willing to be on call outside of business hours when necessary

Skills

• Comfortable making a high volume of customer touches, via phone, email and online chat
• Ability to partner effectively with our large network of branches
• Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner
• Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers and internal partners
• Must react to changing business needs
• Customer experience focused
• Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred)

Pay Range: $25 - $30
