Network Administrator

Description


IT Support & Troubleshooting: • User Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to staff and residents across all locations, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues. • Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of computer hardware, printers, and other office equipment across all locations. • Software Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and update software applications, operating systems, and security patches on devices across all locations. • Help Desk Management: Manage and escalate IT support tickets from multiple locations, ensuring timely resolution of issues. General IT Responsibilities: • Technology Integration: Work with leadership to integrate new technologies, including hardware and software solutions, that improve operational efficiency across the entire senior living network. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation for network infrastructure, IT systems, inventory of hardware, and software licenses for all locations. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant regulations and best practices, including HIPAA, data privacy laws, and senior living industry standards across multiple sites. • Training & Education: Lead or facilitate IT training sessions for staff at all locations, educating them on basic IT usage, security protocols, and best practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $51.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
