Registered Nurse/RN II Labor & Delivery Full Time Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together ** Sign-On Bonus for Eligible New Hires** Work location: Texas Health Rockwall - 3150 Horizon Rd, Rockwall, TX 75032 Work hours: Full Time, 36 hours weekly, (3) 12-hour Night shifts 7pm-7am including weekends and holidays Training: Must be able to attend training at the corporate office in Arlington from 8am-5pm during the first 1-5 days of hire. Qualifications

Here's What You Need Nursing Diploma required or Associate's degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 1 year experience as registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience strongly preferred Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire and NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and NRPA - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire and IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required within 2 years of hire CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually STABLE Program completion recommended AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring course completion preferred A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
