Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team in Pleasant Valley, MO. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will play a lead role in providing the best care to our residents, promoting their health, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments

• Be a voice in care planning, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, symptoms, and medications

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our goal of enhancing resident health and quality of life

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 0 (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
