About the Position

Job Overview

• Starting November, ongoing through at least April 2027
• Mon, Wed, Fri only
• Mon and Fri are 10-hour shifts, Wed is a 4-hour shift
• Location: Connecticut
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
• Patient Volume: 2 patients/hour, patients are all 18+
• APP Support/Supervision: MA
• EMR: EPIC
• Requirements: Board Certified, Active CT License, DEA, BLS 
• Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
