HVAC TECHNICIAN III
Paris, TX | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | $28–$34/hr

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician III to support commercial and industrial facility operations. This role is ideal for a skilled technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining complex HVAC systems and building automation controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems
• Maintain AHUs, ACUs, VAVs, heat pumps, boilers, chillers, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and repair building automation and control systems
• Monitor refrigerant systems, pumps, valves, piping, and chilled water systems
• Conduct inspections, equipment rounds, and system performance checks
• Maintain logs, PM records, and maintenance documentation
• Support chemical water treatment programs and equipment efficiency
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Work closely with maintenance teams and CMMS scheduling processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of HVAC maintenance experience in industrial or commercial facilities
• Strong experience with HVAC controls and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration systems
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC technical certification or state-approved HVAC license
• Universal Refrigeration License required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
