We're seeking a full-time Service Center Resource Specialist to join our team. If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy helping others navigate resources and services, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

As a Service Center Resource Specialist, you'll serve as a vital connection between individuals seeking assistance and the programs designed to help them succeed. In this role, you will:

• Manage W-2 Request for Assistance (RFA) work items and support inquiries received through FSC and Service Center inboxes.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service aligned with FSC's mission and values.
• Coordinate referrals and connect applicants to programs and community resources that meet their needs.
• Maintain and update resource information within the CARE network.
• Accurately enter and maintain participant information in CARES, CWW, and other required systems.
• Ensure documentation is processed and scanned into state systems in a timely manner.
• Obtain and maintain Resource Specialist (RS) certification as required by state regulations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of related customer service, administrative, human services, or office support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for helping others and contributing to positive community outcomes.
