Brazer – Climate by Design International

Rate of Pay: 28.84 Days Hours: M-Th 5am-3:30pm, OT as needed Benefits: Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, 401K

Braze and weld metal components according to blueprints, job specifications, and work instructions.

Prepare coils and components for brazing and perform brazing using various types of rods.

Perform main weldments for base frames, heat exchanger assemblies, and stainless-steel drum assemblies.

Complete sub-assembly weldments, including filter racks, coil drain pans, and isolation boxes.

Work with stainless steel, copper, aluminum, galvanized steel, and other metal materials.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, measurements, and production specifications.

Operate hand and power tools, including plasma cutters, band saws, drills, gas torches, MIG/TIG welders, spot welders, grinders, and impact tools.

Set up materials and equipment to complete brazing and welding assignments efficiently.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and engineering specifications.

Maintain welding and brazing equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.

Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.

Work with team members to meet production schedules and maintain consistent product quality.

Assist with process improvements and changes to manufacturing methods and procedures.
