Job Summary:

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler III to support a leading manufacturing and engineering organization. This position is ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical assembly experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler III will be responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex electro-mechanical systems and equipment while working closely with engineering and production teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform wiring, cable routing, pneumatic tubing, and mechanical assembly of equipment and systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and technical documentation
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and basic diagnostics on assemblies and systems
• Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining quality and production standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment safely and effectively
• Support prototype builds, engineering changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to support project completion
• Train and assist junior assemblers as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company and OSHA standards

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical school or vocational training preferred
• 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and system integration
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with pneumatic systems and cable assemblies preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
