Location: Sharonville, OH
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday
Environment: Relaxed warehouse setting - non-customer facing

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Inventory Specialist to join a growing pharmacy organization. This role is a great fit for someone with pharmacy, retail, inventory, or merchandising experience who enjoys hands-on work in a warehouse environment.

You'll rotate between receiving and replenishing pharmaceuticals, working closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure products are accurately stocked and available when needed.

• Receive and replenish pharmaceuticals, alternating responsibilities weekly
• Check in approximately 3 pallets of pharmaceuticals per day during receiving weeks and properly put away inventory
• Replenish products based on requests from pharmacy technicians using rolling carts
• Work with laptops and phones for communication and inventory-related tasks
• Process products from pallets and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks
• Work at a workstation to remove orders from triage for various reasons and process customer returns
• Use basic math to calculate units, quantities, and measurements
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for inventory-related tasks and tracking
• Maintain an organized and accurate inventory environment

• Previous pharmacy or retail experience with inventory management, resets, revisions, merchandising, or product organization
• Experience rearranging store sections, moving shelves/fixtures, updating existing layouts, or relocating products
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately work with numbers and measurements
• Comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment

• Previous pharmacy experience
• Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare products
• Pharmacy technician experience is a plus, but not required

Priority shifts:

• Tuesday-Saturday
• Sunday-Thursday

Weekdays: Flexible 8-hour shifts starting between 11:00 AM-1:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Your assigned shift will remain consistent each week.
