Personal & Home Assistant - Wingmom Inc. (Bucks County, PA)
About the role
Wingmom Inc. is hiring a Personal & Home Assistant in Bucks County, PA to help busy families and seniors keep their homes and days running smoothly. You'll be the dependable extra set of hands our clients count on. That means running errands, tidying and organizing homes, helping with meals and laundry, and keeping household schedules on track.
* Position: Personal & Home Assistant
* Location: Bucks County, PA (in clients' homes)
* Reports to: Branch Manager
* Type: Part-time and full-time
What you'll do
* Light housekeeping, laundry, changing linens and organizing closets, pantries and playrooms
* Meal planning and prep, and keeping the kitchen stocked
* Grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, returns and post office runs
* Drive clients to appointments and activities
* Keep family calendars, reminders and to-do lists up to date
* Let in contractors and deliveries, and look after pets and plants
* Provide companionship and daily-routine support for seniors
* Help with party setup, cleanup and gift wrapping
* Report any changes in a client's needs to your manager
What you bring
* 18 or older, with a valid driver's license, insured vehicle and clean driving record
* Able to pass a background check and reference check
* 1+ year of experience in home care, housekeeping, childcare or personal assistance
* Able to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for several hours
* A smartphone for scheduling and client messages
* Nice to have: CPR/First Aid, experience with seniors or kids, comfort with pets
* Warm, trustworthy, punctual and a self-starter
Pay and perks
* $19-$21/hour based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement
* Weekday daytime shifts, with optional evenings and weekends
* Flexible scheduling, paid training and consistent client matches
