Job Description

Ceramic Coating Technician

We're looking for an experienced Ceramic Coating Technician to join our team. If you take pride in flawless paint correction, have a strong work ethic, and want a role where your skill directly translates into your paycheck, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Perform multi-stage paint correction to remove swirls, scratches, and imperfections.
Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings with precision and consistency.
Inspect vehicles pre- and post-service to ensure top-tier results.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Communicate professionally with customers and teammates.

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years of hands-on experience in paint correction and ceramic coating.
A strong, positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
Someone with goals — looking to grow, build a career, and take on more responsibility over time.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Must pass a background check.

Compensation:

Hourly base pay plus commission — the harder and better you work, the more you earn.
Paid bi-weekly.
$18-$25/hr base.
