Senior Product Owner

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Senior Product Owner work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Product Owner will support the Legacy and modernization of various subprojects withing the CCM Connect Framework. This individual maximizes value of products created by the Agile team. This individual liaises with stakeholders and the development team to ensure the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. This individual serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Use your skills to make an impact Define and prioritize product backlog items to ensure understanding of our goals and customer needs. Develop an understanding of our customer needs and performance metrics to inform product decisions and maximize value. Collaborate with teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements. Write well-crafted user stories that are clear, concise and capture requirements from the end user's perspective. Inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration. Develop product roadmaps, release plans, and go-to-market strategies. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree ?Minimum 3 years of experience working on a development team as a product and/or process owner Minimum 2 years of experience working on user acceptance testing Minimum 2 years of experience working with ADO or Jira Align Work-At-Home Requirements At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
