Compensation & Home Time
• Starting Base Pay Per Practical Mile:
• 9-29 months experience: $0.69 (with Hazmat) / $0.67 (without Hazmat)
• 30+ months experience: $0.71 (with Hazmat) / $0.69 (without Hazmat)
• Expected Home Time: 48 hours on weekends
• Band Pay - Extra Pay on Short Lengths of Haul:
• 0-100 miles: $35.00
• 101-400 miles: $25.00
Bonuses & Incentives
• CSA Safety Bonus every 90 days: $875 (Hazmat) or $700 + 8 hrs PTO
• On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
• Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service
• Hiring Bonus Options for New Drivers:
Option 1: Up to $1,475 Sign-On Bonus (Hazmat), PTO, Orientation Pay + $600 after 30 days with safe record
Option 2: $1,125 Sign-On Bonus + Orientation Pay
• Safety-Based Raises at Mileage Intervals
• Premium pay per mile for placarded Hazmat (less than 2% of freight)
• Lucrative Driver Referral Program
• Detention Pay after 1 hour

Qualifications
• Valid Class A CDL
• 9+ months verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months if teaming with an experienced driver)
• No DWIs in past 7 years, no drug/alcohol test refusal or failure
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in past 3 years
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, urine/hair, and Human Performance Evaluation
