Regional Sales Manager The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the promotion and sale of Safemark products to hospitality and related verticals across Western states, and reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. Key Responsibilities Promotion and sale of Safemark products to hospitality and related market segments. Develop an annual business plan with the Manager to meet or exceed sales quota. Build and maintain regional relationships with hotels, management companies, purchasing firms, interior designers, architects, and ownership groups. Create and deliver effective proposal presentations and respond to RFQs. Discuss and negotiate quotas to achieve group goals. Project a favorable image of Safemark when interacting with the community. Submit accurate sales forecasts in CRM based on field sales indications. Evaluate market barriers (competition, certifications, etc.) and report findings. Prioritize accounts based on short-, medium-, and long-term profit potential. Assist VP with national accounts as needed. Perform site surveys and interpret architectural drawings to recommend install locations and sizing. Respond promptly to customer problems and communicate corrective actions. Ensure efficient handling of orders and customer requests. Contribute to sales and rental of Safemark systems to hospitality, multi‑housing, healthcare, and related industries. Support the development of select distributors in the territory. Research, establish, and manage the annual marketing expense budget. Physical Requirements While performing this job, the employee must lift up to 40 pounds; occasionally lift, carry, walk, and stand. Requires frequent hand/eye coordination to operate computer keyboard and office equipment; vision for reading and interpreting information; clear communication skills. Qualifications Requirements Accurate and efficient execution of assigned duties. Positive client interaction and customer service skills. Extensive travel; availability for weekend trade shows and sales meetings. Mandatory attendance on bi‑weekly conference calls. Timely submission of expense reports within 5 days of month end. Pass background check, pre‑employment drug test, and authorized to work in the U.S. Educational & Experience Fluent English. Prior experience in hospitality product sales. 5+ years progressive sales/account/business relationship management. Customer service/relationship management experience preferred. Sales development experience. BS/BA in business or related discipline; advanced degree a plus. Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent time‑management, organizational, and leadership skills.
