Are you passionate about animals and enjoy helping people? Join our compassionate and dedicated veterinary team! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our hospital.
Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage medical records and client communication
• Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
• Support our veterinary team in providing exceptional patient care
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Compassion for animals and their owners
