Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Circulator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate exceptional patient care skills. The RN Circulator will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and promoting health education. Partnered with Sante Health Partners, we specialize in providing high-quality, same-day surgical care in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered environment. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionateCirculating Nurse to join our expert team, ensuring seamless operations in the operating room and exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the correct procedure is performed on the right patient. Provide bedside care and comfort to patients before, during, and after surgery. Administer prescribed medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and record accurately. Prepare the operating room for procedures, including equipment setup. Assist in patient positioning and maintain their comfort and safety during surgery. Accurately manage and handle surgical specimens. Ensure the operating room is cleaned, stocked, and prepared for the next day. Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with facility policies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operating room or relevant clinical setting. Valid California RN license. CPR, ACLS, and BLS (American Heart Association) certifications required. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster). Willingness to travel between our 3 Southern California locations.
