Job Details CRNA position at the TLC Outpatient Surgery and Laser Center in Lady Lake, Florida, near The Villages. The practice operates a collaborative team model with one anesthesiologist and three anesthetists across three ORs. Scope of Practice Orthopedic surgeries (bread‑and‑butter cases) Ophthalmology Pain management Podiatry Urology Schedule 5‑day blocks with 8‑hour shifts and approximately 8 weeks paid time off.
