Practice Highlights:
- Level III NICU with 10 beds
- Average Daily Census of 5-6
- Collaborative environment with experienced NICU team
- Opportunity for quality improvement initiatives and education
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care for premature and critically ill newborns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate families and support staff on neonatal care
Compensation & Benefits:
